Subbalakshmi Kumar leads the Edufactors team and focuses on the curriculum and content creation for all levels of learning.
Subbalakshmi is also the director of Centre for Development Education that executed projects like Gardens for Life, International Climate Challenge and more, in partnership with well-known organisations like the Eden Project, UK; Egerton University, Kenya, University of Gloucestershire, Gloucester. All these projects focused on bring real-life issues like child rights, climate change and food issues into mainstream curriculum of schools. Prior to this, for 9 years, she was a senior lecturer in education with a short stint as principal at K J Somaiya College of Education, Mumbai.
Subbalakshmi is a PhD in Education for Sustainable Development and Climate Change. She is also a gold medallist in M Ed and holds an M Phil (Ed) from University of Mumbai.

Kumar brings along with him over 35 years of experience in marketing, business development and crisis management. He was associated with several projects related to stock market and trading operations, merchant banking, investment banking, managing funds for high networth individuals, IPO advertising, public relations and investor relations and is a very well networked person.
He has been a business development consultant to Media Marketing Services, ICICI securities ( I- Sec ), KJ Investors Dubai, Popley Family, Ketchum Sampark PR and Adfactors PR.
In 1998, Kumar launched meramusic which was one of the top three music websites in India, which unfortunately had to close down due to low bandwidth, high website maintenance costs and copyright issues.
He loves to play golf, cook and serve South-Indian food and listen to old Bollywood numbers.

Graduated from IDC, IIT Bombay in 2007 as Masters in Design, with Product Design as specialisation, bestowed with strong analytical skills & creative acumen, Atul has around 7 years of experience in the design industry as design director and principal designer, along with 4 years of experience as creative director of Kavkav, his own design studio. Product design, interaction design, emotional design, branding & conceptualisation are the key domains of his interest. He has extensively worked with children in the areas of informal education, story telling, illustration and music.
Atul has been associated with Edufactors as design lead for company initiatives and products where his key responsibilities involve content design, strategy, branding and communication.

Siddharth Mehta is a young dynamic ideas-to-action person. He is the co-founder of Godwit, a sports event management company that works alongwith corporate entities, sports personnel and the media to create and manage corporate sports events.
He has extensive experience working in partnership with corporate leaders, government officials, media personnel, managed various national and international events and run huge campaigns successfully.
He is a self-made marketing person and brings into Edufactors his out-of-the-box marketing ideas, his connections and his impressive networking skills.
